Last week I was 313.8 and today I am 310.8 so a loss of 3 lbs. I am down 17lbs in 5 weeks. Tonight I headed to the Y for the water aerobics class and it kicked my butt. I come to find out that the instructor considers her class more of an intermediate/advanced class than a beginner one. This is a good thing to know. When I had a Y membership before
