Saturday I headed for Orlando for their Pride celebration. Theirs is in October to supposedly make it cooler and to coincide with National Coming Out Day. Sunday in Orlando the temp reached 94 and there had to have been 90% humiditiy. It was awful. I was supposed to be home by now. Supposed to be cuddled up against fedex_cub. Instead I am stuck in the Hampton Inn O-Hare. I hate United. Minnesota. Got here today. Here through Sunday evening. Wish I was home but it will be good to see the family. Heading to Bear Night at one of the bars tonight and then the fancy shin dig tomorrow. Any MN'ers I am going to bump into anywhere?

I am on a week long tour of Missouri and Minnesota. Spent last night in Springfield, MO - the only redeeming quality of htat town being that Missouri State University are knows as the Bears, so I now own a cool new sleveless shirt that says, "BEARS" across the front ( Read more... )
