The scent of dust and dry paper is lingering here. Shelves upon shelves of books line every wall, each sorted into several categories. Today, every category except NON-FICTION L and S is locked under thick sheets of silver metal.

Of course Daria would skip the actual party and go looking for books. She'd been waiting for this opportunity since she'd first been told there were books stashed away in the mansion.

The moment Sindragosa had heard that the mansion was open, she had strode to it and began her exploring. A little exploration had taken her to the library, and she had been there ever since, away from the noise and closeness of the other partygoers.

She is seated in the corner furthers from the door, a large book on leyline open on her lap. One of her swollen fingers trails down the page as she reads, and she snaps notes into her communicator deftly with the other every so often.

When Bakura came in, her gaze snapped up and she hissed.

"Quiet. Or go elsewhere."

Daria glanced up disapprovingly from her dusty volume at Sindragosa and Bakura alike. Didn't anyone respect libraries anymore?

Sindragosa kept her eyes boring into the back of Daria's skull for a short while. Did the chit of a girl think to admonish her?

Yep, Daria was definitely judging you, Sindy. But she can ignore being glared at. She's had plenty of practice in school, after all. And ooh, look, this book is fascinating.

Well, not really. It's a tome on stone circles, but after weeks and weeks of not having her hands on a single book, Daria's happy with what she can find.

Zelda spent a little time at the party, long enough to wish Minako a happy birthday and be surprised at the Med'an in a cake. However, her true purpose in coming to the Mansion was to spend more time in the library. She has learned her lesson since last time and will not be taking any of the books back home with her. Instead, she pulls out a couple of books from the sections she is allowed, spreads out some of the paper she obtained from the study, and begins to take notes.
