Respect your moderators. We are here to make your gaming experience fun and structured. Feel free to contact us to discuss gaming matters - we’re quite friendly. We are also here to moderate, so please respect our final decisions.

Respect your fellow players. We are all here to play a game and we all deserve to be treated well. If you have a conflict with any matter, please bring the matter before the moderators. We work to make this game experience a positive one for everyone involved.

IC =/= OOC. That is, In Character is not Out Of Character. Just because someone’s character doesn’t like your character doesn’t mean that the player hates you. This line is extremely important. Learn the line. Respect the line. Love the line.

ICA = ICC. That is, In Character Action = In Character Consequence. If, for example, your character is baiting the guardians, then don't be surprised if they get punished by one of them. Please think about the actions you have your characters perform before you do them, and do not get into a situation which you will be unable or unwilling to play out.

Communication is key. If you aren't sure what's going on, ask. If you have a problem with the way someone is playing a character, talk to them. If you want to plot, say so. If you feel like you're being bullied OOC, tell us. If something is going on OOC and you can't post for a while, try to let us know. Do not go behind your fellow player's backs and snip at them; it's rude and cruel.

Godmoding is not allowed. If you have permission to puppet another character from their player or a moderator, please state this in an OOC note at the start of your post. Failure to do this will be treated as godmoding for the simple reason that there isn't anything to show that you have the permission. Metagaming is not allowed either.

This game will be fairly mature, so swearing, violence and sexuality are allowed. However, if you are going to have explicit gore or torture and the likes, please put up a warning in the thread title for the squeamish.

If we get trolls, ignore them. Feeding them will only make them stay longer. It’s not your job to deal with them. Just make sure the moderators are aware of the situation and let us handle it.

While it is not our place to tell you how to play your characters, if you are playing a character in a way drastically different than in the application accepted, with no in-game backing, do not be upset if a moderator wants to talk to you about this.

Please post your character's bio on your profile page, or in your journal with a link to it on your profile page. Not everyone is going to know every character from every fandom, and it will be useful. This rule is especially important for OCs.

We will hopefully be posting a plotlines thread in the OOC community. This will not be mandatory reading, but it will be there for people to glance at if confused as to what is going on. Feel free to nudge a moderator to update or correct it, or even post your own in it.

This is a roleplaying game. Please note the last part especially. It is a game. Have fun, and don't take everything too seriously. Remember to be courteous and have a good time!
