a few minutes ago, i came home and my neighbor was washing his sidewalk and his gutter with his hose. now this wouldn't be a problem, except for that he was washing all of the shit so that it was in front of my house instead of his. i got out of the car and gave him a look like "what the hell do you think you're doing?" so he put his hose down
