wtf, my hands are in pain x_x it all started yesterday @_@ during my piano practice, I guess I strained my hand too much and after carrying my art portfolio all day my hand really hurts whenever I use my thumb in a certain way @_@ so sometimes massaging it a bit helps but it only comes back later T_T; My hands are all red now since I was carrying
