It was better because he didn't call back. My co-worker had told my boss what has happened yesterday and she called me at home to tell me if he comes back to give him a refund for the computer fee and tell him to take his business elsewhere.
I'd like to tell him to stick it but that might not been seen as customer friendly. ;p
