i don't know how it is in Canada but in the U.S., you never admit fault at the scene. Just say you don't know.
I know that sucks ass right? That's how insurance co. work.
Also in the U.S. both parties are supposed to get each other's insurance information. There should've been a police officer at the scene to make sure everyone is ok and assign fault.

I'm so glad you are ok. Get some rest and take some aspirin or painkiller because if you have whiplash youw ill feel it tommorrow. Also take a lukewarm and NOT hot shower/bath. A hot shower/bath may feel good but cause pain tommorrow.

The guy who is the chaser? Is there any agency you can report him too? Better Business Bureau? Anything like that? can you get his license revoked?

I can see that - admission of guilt, right? But we didn't admit fault but I think that's what he wanted us to do.

I was wondering about the Better Business Bureau too - my sister said that since I mentioned it to a police officer, that should be good enough but nothing will come of that because of the bi-laws protecting him.

Aw, I hope you're okay and things get worked out...I would try to keep track of what's going on with that guy, though. Sounds too shady to let go...

My mom called her insurance agent and got his advice - he said
nothing would likely come of it, since it wasn't her the accident happened.

But yeah, the guy was shady as hell.
