01. Name Anna
02. LJ Username lovelysolitude
03. How did you find out about the Percy Jackson series? I heard a friend speaking about it in my History class, and I was hooked right when I heard her say "Greek mythology". I bought the first book later that day.

04. What do you wish to accomplish in life? I want to become a teacher, and talk about and explain all the things I love learning about now. I'd also love to travel a lot.
05. What type of magical object would you like to have? Probably something like Riptide. Any small object that I could carry with me at all times that would then turn into a sword and/or knife.
06. What makes you like or dislike a person? I like people who are smart and use common sense. I like people who aren't ignorant. I like people who judge based on personality, not gender, race, sexual orientation, etc. Obviously I dislike people who judge purely based on shallow concepts. I dislike people who think knowing things isn't important, and always act bored. I dislike people who are extremely talkative about absolutely nothing important.
07. Are you a leader or a follower? Leader. I've had people tell me this, and I've always had a strong sense of leadership.
08. What would you consider your fatal flaw? Caring what people think. I usually go ahead and do what I know is right anyway, but peoples opinions can slow me down.
09. What do you think are your top five best qualities? 01. Passionate - I will stand by my beliefs and not be easily convinced otherwise.
02. Confident - I'm not afraid to voice my opinions.
03. Friendly - Unless I already dislike you for some reason or another, I will be kind.
04. Smart - I've been told many times that I know more than most people my age, and I'm a quick learner.
05. Witty - I can always thing of a smart and occasionally funny response to just about anything.
10. What do you think are your top five worst qualities? 01. My Temper - I tend to fly off the handle pretty easily.
02. Pride - I'm very sure of myself and my abilities, sometimes to a fault.
03. Self Conscious - Although I don't outwardly show insecurities, I'm constantly worrying about how people perceive me.
04. Blunt - Although I am good at feeling better, I'm not one to just humor people if I really couldn't care less.
05. Greedy - Sometimes I want more than I should have, and I feel like I'd do practically anything to get it.
the series
11. Who is your favorite character in the Percy Jackson series? Nico di Angelo. Hands down. I love his whole conflict, and his back story is so interesting. He's an amazing character, and we better see more of him.
12. Who is your least favorite character in the Percy Jackson series? Kronos. There is no excuse for anything he did. Ever. I tend to cut a lot of the characters slack, because I think about what could have caused them to be the way they are, but Krono's is just pure evil.
13. If you could spend a day with one of the Percy Jackson characters, who would you choose and why? Party Ponies! That'd be fun. But if I have to pick one, then Rachel. I love that girl. Love her bravery and smarts and artistic talent.
14. What is something you would change about the series? Hades supposedly being the father of Hitler and all those horrible dictators. I know that RR makes him a hero in the end, and shows a different side of him with Maria, but that still really pissed me off. Hades is not evil. In fact, in original mythology he was a lot more just that the rest of his family. He is not the devil or satan (there is no equivalent in Greek mythology,) and yet people associate evil with him.
15. What is something you would never change about the series? The fact that the gods have fatal flaws.
etc
16. Pick a fictional character from any book/movie/tv show/etc. Which cabin would you place them in and more importantly why? Naomi from Naomi and Ely's No Kiss List would go in the Zeus cabin. She's very proud and stubborn, and an absolute leader. Plus, she's described as being so gorgeous she's practically regal.
17.Sort these words in order of appeal to you: beauty - glory - security - power - wealth - self-fulfillment - freedom. Explain your answer. First beauty. Because beauty is inside and out, and being beautiful inside is highly important. Then self-fulfillment, which I believe you can achieve if you are a good person. Then freedom, because I think people really take it for granted. Security, because being safe and secure is important in being happy. Then glory, because I think everyone wants to be known. Wealth comes next, because being rich will make life a whole hell of a lot easier. Finally, power. I couldn't really care less about being powerful, because the really powerful people are the people behind the scenes.
18. Which god do you feel the least likeness towards? Janus. I understand that choices need to be made, but not everything is right or wrong. Not everything is black and white. Most things are a grey are. Very few things are definitively right or wrong.
