This is awesome. So professionally written and, er... I hesitate to say "realistic", but it does sound an awful lot like what would happen if such an organization got their hands on the nations. A+ job. :D

Also I would not be averse to said bromance.

OMG, SCP Foundation! I checked that out because it got a big-ass section on TV Tropes for High Octane Nightmare Fuel, and then it wasn't scary at all, but it was still ~awesome~.

I enjoy this greatly. Also: “very nice man, knew much about tank, would have many drink with.” I LOL'D.
