Ok, my area of knowledge when it comes to DVD's is to defeat security, not encourage it. So i have been asked to find a way to make a DVD, or even more simply, place and .mpeg on a DVD-R and make it so the .mpeg can not be copied off the disc, or require it to have a password to do so

I have been in the market for a super intelligent canine that could do some small scale DVD work for me during the hours that I’m in the office. However, the smartest one I’ve come across only carries the promise to not eat its own feces.
So, a puppy would be just as useless as your post.
