I had my annual work review part 2 today.... I wanted to ask for a raise... and i chickened out.

Asking for a raise is so nervewracking. I did it a few years ago and hated it. But I have to do it again soon cuz I haven't gotten a raise since :( I wish people would just realize how awesome ppl like us are and throw money at us. :)
