Yes I've started collecting comics.

Mostly newer stuff. Civil War, Wolverine and the sort.

And some older stuff. The Watchmen, Ghost Rider, Dr. Strange. That sort.

This is mostly aimed at Josh, but I'm looking for any suggestions on comics to get.

Not quite into Spawn, but that's just my disdain for Todd McFarlane's being a total asshat for holding up the Miracleman rights.

The recent Nightcrawler series by Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa was pretty meh in my book.

BUT.

Uncanny X-Men starting from #475 (The Rise and Fall of the Shi'Ar Empire), and the preceding miniseries Deadly Genesis are essential reads.
