- 06:35 Rainy morning. Up after the sleep study. My *god* the new CPAP masks are better. The sleep was good until my gout woke me up. #
- 06:38 For the purposes of the study, my gout was an anomaly. I've taken indomethacin to make driving possible. #
- 06:39 Of course, now I need to take a few minutes to let A) indomethacin fatigue/dizziness pass and B) pain to abate. So, I'm at Friendly's. #
- 06:40 Friendly's invites us to "have a scoop of ice cream with any breakfast." This is not the healthiest place in the morning. #
- 09:40 Breakfast, for those wondering, was scrambled eggs, a couple slices of bacon, and an english muffin, alongside coffee and orange juice. #
