The first thing you need to do is get preapproved for a loan, I went thru Wisconsin Mortgage, the loan officer I had was AWESOME!!! Erika's brother in law is a realtor, a cute young puppy I may add who works for Shorewest. If you want their names I'll give them to you. :)
