Wow. I got to see dad and Christian's Monk tribute on wednesday----pretty ridiculous. Christian was banging on the piano, bobbin' and weavin', dad was really intense, it was all very awesome. and crazy old 200 year old bill smith was there. he talked about playing for gorbichev, and i think he might have mentioned a concert for Thomas Jefferson at ( Read more... )

I hate to be the one to tell you this, but cool people don't call it "Cross Country." It is known in cool circles as "XC." Because then you could also be talking about a new hip drug also, not a very hard sport. So it's ambigiously exciting.
