This freaking headache won't go away. It's probably a sinus headache, as it keeps moving around my head, but it's fucked with my sleep too much. It hurts to lay down. I've tried proping myself up, but I just can't sleep without laying down. Even proping doesn't negate it. If I stand up and walk around then the pain is as minimal as it can be

Augh, you too? Me and Emerson were both like that last night.. especially me, I went to bed at 2am and didn't actually fall solidly asleep until 5am, between that was an awesome bout of tossing and turning.

So... do some steam/hot showering and hot tea?

Hope it's not man-bear-pig-dolphin flu. I had the same sleep issues two weeks ago and attributed it to the weird season change this year.
