2. I am currently out of country
3. my old computer exploded three months ago, and I have been out of touch with america
4. because of this, I now check livejournal obssessively to see what is happening in people's lives
5. I especially check Alex's
6. she referred me to her friends page
7. I read it, and then read your livejournal while bored and playing with my new computer

Yes, darlin'. Writing e-mails is hard, hard work and I've been very busy. I mean, I never check that address anymore. I mean, my computer broke.

Or maybe I am a bad, bad friend and I took forever to answer your e-mail because I am lazy/drunk, but now I have answered it and promise to answer (most) correspondences from you (relatively) promptly in the future.

Wait, didn't I promise that like seven years ago when I was late in answering e-mails?

Well, I wasn't drunk then.
