Okay, when making a post, there is the tool bar. In that toolbar is a little icon with three straight lines and a jagged one. Click it and tada! You have a cut!

Yes, true- I did find that but the problem is, it doesn't work on my computer. I've deduced that it might be my browser, but.. idk. I'll just have to keep trying I suppose. Sigh.
