job: we hired an outside development director. for the best all around, although MAN! i could've used the extra money. but i do NOT have the patience to work with the board and be a shmoozer. i do want to learn more about grantwriting and fundraising, though and to that end, i've applied for a scholarship-membership to the Northwest Development
