cut and paste changed my life.
no swimming today, but tomorrow instead. kanya seems to like julio but is already a bit weary of madison.

of course as soon as i posted that, the kids decided to have words over a piece of antler. several not-very-nice words, actually. i thought i heard Kanya making the "hey that hurts!" noises, so i put Madison in time-out in the bathroom. but kanya was totally fine. as far as I could tell. then i finally went in to get Madison and he's got a little gash above his eyebrow. ::sigh:: kids. jeezus. everyone's fine, though, so don't worry.

i forgot that they get snarky over bones and apparently that also includes antler pieces. so no more of that.
