I really only see use for this in very high risk categories of women. Those with the BRCA genes prior to having children... I can see its use there. With very careful monitoring. I think I would consider it if I had the BRCA genes - those increase your risk for developing breast cancer significantly. This article is a good one:

And having children (developing the milk in your breast tissue prior to giving birth) has also been shown to decrease a chance of breast cancer.
