Lloyd had planned on giving out his presents at Zelos' party, he really did. If that eggnog hadn't been so tasty, he might have been able to. Oh well, there was no time to make up for the past like the present

He had told him not to get anything but still he had... Lloyd's kindness and generosity was limitless. He was just like his mother. And now he could create new memories with this gift. It was true that the incident with the eggnog had put him in something of a foul mood but this had helped to lift it slightly.

Feeling he should at least thank his son, Kratos knocked on the door and waited.

Lloyd sat up, hearing the knock. He sat his carving aside and opened the door.

"Oh, hey," he said, not really expecting Kratos to appear so suddenly.

Kratos averted his eyes slightly. "I hope I'm not intruding... I came to thank you for the presents."

He laughed slightly, scratching the back of his head. "Don't mention it," he said bashfully. "I just, you know... thought it'd be nice to have some pictures, like most families do."
