I was being *terribly and cruelly* harassed earlier in the week by Nobody In Particular, about a certain work of fiction that's been sitting at 98% done for, um, a while now. And so this little fiction is for Nobody In Particular, who should NOT talk about putting off major projects. (Naturally, I am also hoping for art.) Yes, this is what I did

it is SO EMBARRASSING how I cannot stop writing them. An entire weekend dedicated to Nanowrimo, and what did I do? NOT A LOSS.

when I first wrote Mrc and Esc I thought "well, I'll never do that again." And now I keep looking for excuses... an Unfinished Thesis seemed excuse enough. Now I just need to turn a punishing year of grad school into a story, if I can figure out how.

also, I hope you are well! I have had no time for LJ or anything else for, oh, 2 months now. but i hope the Icy Dark Winter of Doom is treating you gently. And remind me to tell you sometime about how I got lost in Jessheim (and my adventures with the train!), because it's stupid but funny :D

I love this line so much:

So, here I sit with a silly grin on my face, glad that no-one else is here to see it. Honestly, these stories would be far better sex education/relationship preparation than what kids get in school. :)
