physically, literally hurt. Nick apparently tore a muscle in the side (by the rib cage) and it got really bad.
My carpal tunnel flared up really bad and my wrists were swollen for two days and they're still kinda tender-like.
not to mention the wealth of bruising that comes with those moves. Of course Alex and Abby (who helped) have their own little owies from it all.
mentally i'm dead...not bad. just done with all of it. yay work! i can think some at work. :-)
