Love Bite Chapter1

Nov 07, 2010 15:29

I bit down hard on my lip, not wanting to make a sound. The deafening silence in the dark, closed off room was too much for me. I allowed a small whimper to escape. I squeezed my eyes shut as I buried my fingers in the soft cotton sheets. The familiar taste of blood hit me as I realized just how hard I was biting my lip. I could feel Leroy shift before he crawled up the bed. He forcefully grabbed my chin, causing me to open my eyes. I squinted at him, not able to actually see without my glasses.

"What's wrong Jewels? Ain't I good enough for you?" I could just hear the smirk in his voice.

"You are too good, Leroy." I gave my own devious smirk as I answered. He let out a dark chuckle, the sound sent shivers down my spine. He breathed into my ear. I took in a sharp breath at the sudden, but gentle, rush of warmth against my sensitive ear. He trailed a path from my ear, all the way down my neck. He then dug his teeth into my shoulder, pulling at the soft flesh though careful not to draw blood. I clenched my jaw to avoid ripping my lip open. I squeezed my eyes shut and allowed a low grunt to escape from my throat. He snickered as he released me. He always found my reactions amusing.

"Not gonna scream today?" I could hear him smirk grow into a mischievous smile.

"But isn't your whole family home?"

"Yeah, so?"

I rolled my eyes at him.

"What, you wanna stop?" He questioned.

"No, no, not at all." I smirked as I brought my hands up to his broad shoulders. I dug my nails in slightly, only to receive a disapproving growl from him, so I let go. "Now, don't keep me waiting." He returned to my neck and planted a few soft kisses before biting down hard. I didn't even try to stop the low groan as my head rolled back. He licked at the newly formed mark, his hot tongue wetting the skin before it was massaged by the smooth metal ball at the end of his piercing. He went on to deliver several more hard bits to my chest and sides.

"Ah!" I breathed with a growing smile.

"Ready to move on?" He asked as he slipped a hand into my pants. The cold rings on his fingers made me shiver.

"I'm not really in the mood." I sighed as I pushed him off. I was sure he was rolling his eyes at me as he got off the bed. I wobbles a bit as the weight sifted.

"Ugh, fine." He sighed as he put my glasses on me; the trapezoid frames were cold against my skin. He ran his long, rough finders through my hair pulling on it once he got to the back of my head. "Next time, then?"

"Yeah, sure." I smiled, now able to look into his pale green eyes. "Provided you choose a better location."

"Fine, fine. We'll go to your place next time."

"Ah, you do think." I chuckled as I pulled on my shirt. I fixed my pants as I inspected the bite mark on my neck in the mirror. "Got somethin' to cover this up with?" I frowned.

"Here's a bandage." He tossed a medium sized square bandage to me.

"It'll have to do..." I stuck it on; glad it wasn't one of those clear ones. I crumpled the paper it was in and tossed into the trash, missing badly.

"A'ight, we got work to do." He clicked on the light, which hurt my eyes at first, and opened the door.

"Yeah." I nodded as I stepped out, almost running into his father, Claus, who had just come up the stairs.

"Hey boys." He greeted us. "You guys got much more work to do?"

"We just finished the research part of the project; we just gotta do some paintings." Leroy lied, in a way telling me to do the research when I got home.

"Alright then." He turned to me. "Will you be staying for dinner, Juillian?"

"No, thank you." I politely refused as Leroy was called away.

"Okay, but you're welcome to stay whenever you'd like."

"I'll remember that, thank you."

"Say, did something happen to you?" No doubt he noticed the bandage on my neck.

"No, everything's fine."

"Are you sure? Funtleroy didn't get violent with you, did he? Because it's all right to tell us if he did, you know that, right?" He was somewhat worried. Leroy had a history of violence and liked to take advantage of people. Though that is what he was doing to me, I would never say anything. I enjoyed as much as he did.

"I know." I nodded. "But it's not like that, really." I shook my head. "My neighbor's dog jumped on me this morning."

"Do not lie to me." His face as serious. It would make sense that someone who had to raise Leroy would be able to see through such a weak lie. What was I suppose to say though? I rubbed the back of my neck.

"There's nothing to worry about, I promise." I tried to assure him. This was the truth, but he wasn't convinced. He just narrowed his eyes icy blue eyes at me, but didn't push the issue any further. I found myself breathing a sigh of relief when he walked away.

"Yo! Juillian!" Leroy called from the bottom of the stairs. He almost always called me Juillian. The only time he didn't was when we were having sex, or whatever you'd call what we were just doing. He, however, was always called Leroy. The only people he'd let call him Funtleroy were his parents and grandparents, not even his little brother was allowed to call him that.

"What's up?" I met him at the bottom of the stairs.

"Can't do any more today. You sure you don't wanna eat?"

"Nah, I'm good. See ya." I waved as I walked out. The warm air of late spring hit me in a rush of different scents. I wrinkled my nose as I started down the street. The smell of freshly cut grass was beginning to make me sick.

I stopped at the library to pick up some books for the project. It was the last assignment for our art class. As a pair, we had to research the history of Art Nouveau and write a paper that was a minimum of five pages as well as create original artworks in the Art Nouveau style. Leroy and I were painters, so naturally we were going to paint.

The inside of the library smelled like dust and old paper. The florescent lights were crying out with a loud and constant buzz. The lights were flickering ever so slightly, the bulbs were about to die soon. I found the books I needed with ease, bringing them to the desk to check them out. The woman working there was typing loudly at an old computer, which was making more noise than the lights. So much for libraries being quiet. She smiled and greeted me quietly. Her graying brown air was a mess, and he thick glasses kept sliding down her nose. I made no effort to speak to her, not really caring for conversation. I just tapped my foot against the worn out carpet as I waited.

"Here you are, sir." She smiled again as he handed the books back to me. "They're due back in two weeks." I nodded to her and left.

Once I was home I tossed the books aside. I yawned loudly as I stretched my arms above my head. I went up to my room to go to bed. I tossed my shirt and pants aside and curled up under my sheets. I placed my glasses on the night stand and turned my alarm on. I was asleep before my good mood could fade away.
