Personality features: Michi is still the spaz that he once was, but years upon years of war have left him a bit more insensitive to suffering. Not that he doesn't care about people, it's just that he now understands that suffering can lead to growth. Suffering caused by someone that's just for the sake of "entertainment" or some other sort of sick and twisted rationale, he won't tolerate. His punishments fit the crime as best he can manage - it might not be Hammurabi's Code, but it's as close to balanced and fair as he can make it, taking into consideration motivations and circumstances. That's not to say that Michi himself is True neutral, though. Some days he's more Lawful, other days more Chaotic. He knows that he could do a lot more to keep an eye on humanity, but frankly he knows that he could very easily go insane trying to keep track of that, and that the opportuinity to have a God who backed the hell off was the entire reason he fought this war.
Additionally, he now has a tendency to take really, really long naps.
Physical features: Kind of changeable at will but why bother? The most he'll sometimes do is to manifest wings if he needs to fly somewhere or make a point. The only problem is that they do hurt when they burst out of his back. Illusionary wings don't have the same sort of effect, and he is still kind of human, even if he's God now. He can feel pain and cold and heat and texture. He can get sick and poisoned and all that good stuff, though it's a hell of a lot harder to infect/affect him (so you'd better roll a natural 20). He bleeds, but he heals up pretty quickly. Mundane human weapons wouldn't really have much of an effect on him, though anything vaguely magical will at least make him flinch. Unless they've been ~*~chosen by destiny~*~ or have some sort of power close to approaching his, someone could hack at him forever and not get anywhere. Hellz yeah hit points over the legal max.
(The ability to bleed and be sick/poisoned/etc. is kind of by semi-unconscious choice, since he still wants to be human-ish if at all possible.)
In terms of physical features that are actually usually on his body, Michi has a kind of strange light discoloration in a straight line across a part of his back. That's from a weapon that he wasn't used to, that was particularly holy, which pretty much severed his spine. He got better, obviously, thanks to the fact that he was near his demons, and didn't really scar in the general sense, but kept the discoloration since he wanted it as a reminder to watch his back.
Aura: Most of the time, it's quiet and subdued. If you had to pick an alignment for it, it would be some form of Neutral. When he wants to, though, he can switch it from Neutral to chaotic or lawful. However, the Lawful Mode has a tint of Chaos in it, so it'll be a bit less likely to work on angels/other Lawful demons/monsters. He can also expand it a fuckton if he needs/wants to, in order to catch the attention of someone/something.
Other features: Aside from nifty aura expansion tricks, Michi can turn invisible. Or rather, he can be a damn ninja since he can pretty much emit no aura if he wants, so he basically goes unnoticed. Obviously, those used to said trick/those who are godlike beings are immune to the un-noticing.
He can also still do The Voice, and it only very very very slightly tires him out anymore. He really prefers not to do it, though, since free will is what he was fighting for. (He's currently trying to figure out if angels do, in fact, have free will, and if not, how he can give it to them.)
Throne (Justice Arcana) is his initial Persona.
Upon winning the war, Michi's Persona transforms from Throne to Dike (Justice Arcana).
