After
that display of... who knows what, Michi found himself being hauled off by Naoya.
He still felt angry, betrayed, hurt... he didn't know exactly what was going on, only that Naoya was leading him and that he wasn't thinking clearly enough to be able to guide himself. So he followed, still maintaining the deathgrip on Naoya's fingers.

"Here, this will help. It...was never intended to have this strong an effect." Closest you're getting to an apology.

After a few moments, he lets go of Naoya's hand and sits down on his bed, grabbing a pillow and hugging it, his eyes closing. He doesn't want Naoya to have to see his face. He shouldn't have said those things... he shouldn't be thinking like this... he shouldn't want so badly to do what he said he wanted to do, but he did.

"...You won't get what you want by resetting it. If anything, it'll take even longer. Their free will has been...stunted for so long..."
He's not hugging you, okay? He's just...trying to make sure you stay warm. :|

"Selfish people, stupid people, just wanting to kill and hurt each other over stupid things and I... they don't want me to help them. I tried to intervene and was shoved aside." He laughs bitterly, still refusing to look at Naoya. "And everyone I ever loved is dead. Even if you're alive again in a way... it's not the same. And you hate me. I know you do. And I can only assume that it's because you're angry at me because I can't break the curse, because the way I live certainly isn't something to be jealous of."
