well, surgery went smoothly. i was under the knife at noonish, and was eating liquids later that day which aparently is hella rare for the surgery so i guess im doing rather well. there isnt really much pain to the whole thing, just discomfort and a weird fear of hurting my stuck jaw. im chilling at home now playing video games and watching lots ( Read more... )

i have had this jaw surgery in the works for a while now. they cut both sides of my lower jaw and slid it back to correct my underbite. now im wired shut for 6 weeks. its definately not as bad as i thought it was going to be, but its no cake walk either.
