feb 24 i had an iron infusion. some people who have severe iron prolems have to get these every two years. I have zero iron again. nothing in my system.

Sunday- home around 6:30 did not eat dinner, bed at 8ish

Monday- worked all day, got home around 6:30, did some washing, cleaned the bathroom, checked e-mails. Did not have dinner, went to Adams.
