u know, i would rather u punched the wall! (make sure ur not gonna hit a beam. i did...ouch...) or do sumthing like that. just bcuz life gets hard doesn't mean u have to destroy urself. u have to learn to resist the damage already being done to you by the rest of the world, not create more by ur hand. once u realize that u'll b fine. i just hope u do eventually...
