I spoke with the guy and after negotiating a bit, we agreed on the house fopr $310,000. Yes you read that correctly, I am going to be a homeowner. Wow do I feel extremely nervous, but overall this is gonna be good for me. I'm already giving some thoughts to some of the other options to lessen the cost amts like roommates, so i'll have to see how ( Read more... )

thank you.. it's gonna take some working to make sure the financials fall nicely into place but when things on the good, then it's housewarming time... but that is a while from now.

yep, it is likely to affect those plans, but we'll see what we can do... plus you should talk to mom and dad.. they might be able to help
