Well as the title suggest, I just agreed to another house. This one is actually a bit bigger than the last by a little bit and will cost less ($288,000 vs $310,000 from last time) so that is much better. Also not closing until May 10th, so lots of time to get money and feel much more secure. My parents both like the place a lot. It is 3 beds 2.5
