so, i noticed something. both, pitt and cmu are still being filtered/blocked by LJ. meanwhile, both stargate and telerama are fine. this means that LJ has cleared the ISPs from the DOS attack, but not the colleges. it makes me think that it may be all those spoiled college kids who don't want to pay for LJ that are causing problems

I was also suprised to note that AT&T Broadband was not blocked (at least, not my segment); Tufts was, and MIT was not. So not all the college segments were blocked, but it is looking pretty college-y.

Also, I couldn't get to chrysaphi.livejournal.com during the attack, and I did get to www.livejournal.com long enough to log in, so I suspect you were just lucky.
