what is it about calling in to a company that causes a persons iq to drop to 4 and makes them so hungry that they have to eat right now and chew in my ear? i never understood that myself.... so in an effort to help educate the general public, here is a list of what not to do when calling a business

You OBVIOUSLY don't have kids.
Thing is, sometimes we have to eat, shit, and talk on the phone at the same time....and try once and awhile to get the kids to shut the hell up. Else, ya know what?!? The calls don't get made, the bills don't get paid, noone gets fed.
I have to give you a poke for number four as well. Don't you put people who call you on hold to get info sometimes? Oh come on, I know you have... ;)
