I'm struggling to write this PEL. between being the worst procrastinator on the planet, getting ready to see most of these people this weekend, and having the dumb when it comes to words, there is no way this will be effective, useful, or maybe even tactful.

I'm a huge procrastinator too. Just bite the bullet and get it over with. You'll feel better and won't be nagged this weekend to get it done. :)

Just submit something to get your CPs. If it takes you longer than 2 weeks to get your thoughts in order, at least you'll have your CP and have bought yourself more time to compile everything and can get it to them at a later date.

thats not to say you should submit one word answers just to get it done lol. But adding on extra thoughts or clarification later is perfectly acceptable. :) you'll be fine
