My mom is currently phoning ABC studios because our local affiliate's late news pre-empted Orioles coverage for Nationals coverage (she's "pissed"). This is pretty amazing.

The cat pooped in front of my room, so naturally, I step in it, and didnt realize this until I turned on the lights and saw shitstains all over my socks and carpet. Great. I'm going to go study.

Today was ye olde three year anniversary with the girl... this meant Fish Market in Alexandria, stores in Georgetown (I am never taking the metro there again, by the way), and a bouqet of flowers. Noice. I guess she'll post pictures or something.
