So that you don't end up being emotionally abused anymore.

That's what you have taught me.

And I'm not mad at you. I never was mad. And I never will be.
You have taught me a valuable lesson, and for that, I thank you.

I'm glad you learned something...but can I still beat the crap out of whoever was emotionally abusing you, because in my eyes that's just about the same as punching you in the face.
