Still no news on the damn computer. Gonna call tomorrow and be bitchy and demanding. It's a fucking corrupted file, not a hardware problem, so what the fuck is so hard about wiping the comp and putting it back on factory settings? I could do that in a fucking DAY if I had the software

EVA!!! *tackles you around the waist and drags you to the floor* I was getting paranoid that you weren't emailing me back. *hisses at your computer* There's a way to manually reset your computer to factory settings. I had to do it to mine when it crashed a few months ago. I didn't need any software. There was just an option under..... *thinks* in the control panel somewhere, I think.
