It's been getting a lot colder in this season of fall. It's getting more likely to catch a cold.

I haven't caught one of these in years, but it's usually in the winter. [He's probably coughing as he's speaking to you.]

You should drink more fluids and have better rest. If you take proper care of your body, you'll be less susceptible for the common cold~

I highly suggest you eat some chicken soup and drink orange juice.

Oh, some other local remedies I've heard of are drinking tea with some honey in it. It helps soothe the throat. I was really surprised to think that such a commoner remedy would be so effective!
