My god. This game is incredible. You play an otaku from the city of Santa Destroy who wins a Beam Katana off an internet auction and kills a guy who happens to be the 11th best assassin in the world and ends up taking his place as the 11th best hitman and then a woman tells him that if he can kill the ten killers above him, then he'll be the best
