Amazon's got it up for preorder, and is generally pretty reliable on book dates.

I checked Bantam's website, and it also lists the publishing date as September, 2008.

Dragon Lolis and Protagonist Power are a go! Too bad Assassin Loli was done with in the previous book.

Also, I can't shake the feeling that the timing of the book's release may be designed to sway folks to certain political directions contained within. Not that we'd be able to finish readin his book by elections though.
