You know, I was pretty surprised to see McCain being so... civil. He looked so much YOUNGER under the camera, and he was pleasant and not terribly pandering. Where his this McCain BEEN this whole election

McCain's journey was like MacBeth's. He gave up his principles and acted contrary to his own conscience because he thought he could redeem himself once he got into power. I have a lot of respect for the man, and I think that his attempts to court the more radical elements of his party backfired horribly against him. McCain's speech last night was classy and full of respect. He should have campaigned the same way.

Now I'm going to get some food to celebrate the Obama victory, as he was my candidate of choice.
