I go to this piece of writing when I need to, when I need to stop worrying about something, to make sense of a situation that is happening or just to reaffirm that
all the worrying in the world will not change an outcome.  Believe me it helps, what
is written here is true, ....kudos to this widely read  philosopher.

I've actually done that~! In a crisis I tend to visualize the 'worst that could happen' and it often prepares me. The 'worst' doesn't usually happen of course so I am then not only prepared but pleasantly surprised that I was able to handle the situation.

I always visualise the situation fixed with a positive outcome!
