A fellow DII fan? stormwolfavatar November 14 2003, 02:37:10 UTC
Heya. :D

I've been reading your posts over at the "customers_suck" community, and thought I'd stop by for the following reasons:

1. To say hi. (because I'm just weird like that)

2. To compliment your icon (which I meant to do when I responded to one of your posts over at customers_suck, but completely blanked on).

3. To ask if you were also a Diablo II fan. From the appearance of your avatar, you're at least familiar with the expansion pack.

In any event, I'm off. I'll (try) not bore you with details and other such things.

TwoPaws,
Stormwolf

1) Howdy!

2) I wish I could take credit for it, but I stole it (as you've ascertained) from the fine folk at Blizzard. :-)

3) Yup! And Starcraft. And Warcraft. ;-)

Welcome to the journal, I added you in return!

Heya Steve... jlanthripp December 22 2003, 23:47:48 UTC
How's it hangin' dude? LTNS!

Gail and I have moved back to the Chattanooga area - Rossville actually. Got a nice little 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house in a quiet part of town, closed the sale on the Tuesday after Labor Day.

Since then, I've been pretty much constantly doing little (some not so little) home improvement projects. I think that since I turned 30 this summer I've turned into Tim Allen - or maybe Hank Hill :-P

Do you ever make it back to the area for visits? Still playing RPG's? Still loving life with your Mrs.?

And are you still pissed off at me for something I don't remember saying? Whatever it was, I apologize!

Shoot me an email or something - "red beard at tech dudez dot com" (no spaces, convert words to puncutation as appropriate, you know the drill)

Eek! He found me! j/k! :-)

Welcome back to ChattVega$! I wished I had known you were back in the area last time I was down or I would have visited. :-P And I know the feeling about turning 30... Except I became Whistler from Blade. (Just a hell of a lot heavier... D'oh)

To answer your questions:
1) Yes, last visit was this Thanksgiving.
2) Online only.
3) Yes!
4) If you and Gail are cool with each other, then you and I are ok. No worries.

Will do... Talk to you soon!

Hi ahang123,

Normally, I don't provide technical support for livejournal. However, since I'm curious as to who you are, I'll provide some general assistance. Your question was pretty vague, so I'm not sure of what you need.

First, I'd read the livejournal FAQ. This can be found at http://www.livejournal.com/support/faq.bml

If you can't find your answer there, your next step would be to submit a support question at http://www.livejournal.com/support/submit.bml

I hope this helps! So tell me... Do I know you? If not, how did you find my journal?

And trip and trip and trip --

Trip and trip and trip and trip
And trip and trip and... trip...

And trip and trip and... trip...

Well, you tell me. I'm currently back in school hoping that third time will be the charm. Hopefully this time I can achieve escape velocity and overcome the black hole like gravity (or is it inertia?) of the Post Awful. Ten and a half years is a long time to be stuck in an event horizon while everyone else thinks you're going nowhere. On the somewhat brighter side, I've been writing for almost six of those years and finally gave in to the inevitable and decided that's what I want to do with my life. I can send you some short stories or a novel to read if you're interested. I've also written a LOT of fan-fiction, but if you're not into "slash" fanfic then you wouldn't be interested. It was the fan mail I got for my fanfic that convinced me to try to do original stuff. I have one of my books "published" as an electronic format book, which you would have to pay around $4.50 or so to download at Fictionwise.com. I'm currently trying to break into the magazines. No bites yet. Alas ( ... )
