I don't know much about Marvel, so I don't know if it'd be useful for me to read it. OTOH, I have free time now that school's started back up, and Netflix, and weren't a bunch of the Marvel stories made into movies? I could go on a crash course movie-binge and THEN read it....
I'd love to read it. I checked, and it looks like all those movies are on Netflix. I'll start watching them this weekend! (I tend to watch movies while I crochet, and I have stuff to make... so this will work out well.) :)
I have free time now because summer vacation is over. School started up again last week - so instead of having Annie all day, Monday through Friday, I now have free time until about 215pm, which is when the schoolbus drops her off.
wow. what the hell? LABOR DAY is supposed \to be past when school starts! sheesh.
okay, i'll email. in multiple formats. it's in two pieces for... reasons? i don't know. but 2 pieces.
as an edit to earlier reply [i somehow screwed up and left out important facts] it takes places after X-men 1, after fantastic four 1. not sure where it sits in spiderman terms, because i wasn;t enamoured with the first set, so never went to see the first of the new trilogy... but it's IMPORTANT TO KNOW that it takes place BEFORE THE 2ND X-MEN :D
oh, btw - look at the movie list i gave mitrian, in the reply above yours. it's MOSTLY knowledge of the movies that's important :) knowing the comics would be nice but not necessary, not really.
but don't feel like you have to do this! i'm just throwing that out there in case you'd be interested but felt lack of marvel-knowledge would stop you. na da?
well, then, you'll be happy to know that those are just background - this is actually set right after the first X-men movie [and thus the 2nd is changed and 3rd doesn;t happen at all] Iron Man is necessary because Avengers.
but no worries - i'm not offended that you aren;t interested. how are you, anyway?
Well, I got back from an ecology conference on Sunday night. Last week was the best week ever, and this week I've been tired from the conference and the frantic preparation that went on before it. How are you? Last time, you weren't doing well, but I hope things are better for you now.

But it's good to "see" you!
I have been similarly missing for the most part. I spend more time on fb and twitter, really.
Glad you are writing, though, and that something has been providing welcome distraction.

I would offer to help, but I'm not into Iron Man, and the 3rd X-Men movie and X-Men: First Class made me gnash my teeth SO HARD.
