Go you!! I think, on the whole, your year has beena good one. The job is a shitter but you cant have everything i suppose!
Im stopping doing so much of the socialising, as in going out, mainly because i cant be bothered with clubs anymore (Distraction is an exception), but i love spending time with friends. So anytime you want to come over, go out for coffee etc would be cool. Because i like the fact we met each other this year and id like to get to know you more - you is a very nice chap :)
agree it has been a good year. the jobby bit is a cloud for 2009 not 2008 anyway.
i reckon you've misunderstood socialising there. spending time with friends IS socialising - best nights i have now are normally pub quizzes with mates and gatherings of people at someone's house with mates. spot the common factor.
i don't drink coffee though. is manky
p.s. happily know you more too. you're actually a pretty good example of the friends-y bit as it happens. i turned up to a comedy gig where i only know one other person in a crowd of about 15, and left having made a friend who i've met up with a fair few times since. sometimes i'd have said no to that. and through you, i got fringey people i mentioned who i'd like to know a bit better. let's meet up more eh.
