Why don't you come to have dinner with my family? My dad is awesome and you can just say you had other plans?

If they're going to be horrible to you, I don't think you should feel like you have to put yourself in the position to get yet more horribleness.

It's so much horrible as awkward and I still hate my mother for being such a fail. I hoped I'd avoid family times by leaving home but apparently not :/ I'd feel totally guilty for abandoning Jo but... can I? Really? Your dad is awesome and I'd play with Aislinn all day because I love her forever.

You too, Connor, if you read this!! He's wonderful and the opposite of awkward and fail. I know you'd feel guilty about abandoning your sister, but you have to think about you too. It's your Christmas and you shouldn't spend it upset. We could always make an appearance for a little while and then come here if it would make you feel better. Whatever you want. And Aislinn would love to be played with all day! :D
