I went through the writing-burnout for awhile; I tend to sort of have stages. The best thing to do seems to just get a notebook and scribble randomly about whatever comes into your head. Lately I've been taking Terry Pratchett's advice and trying for 400 words a day minimum. Sometimes it doesn't make sense, sometimes it's "Scribble pig cucumber this is fucking annoying why am I doing this" for 400 words, but it's writing.

I recall doing something like that in my creative writing class last year, the sort of stream of consiousness thing. It actually does help, I should start doing it again, as I've become quite lazy with it. Thank you for reminding me about it again, as it kind of died out when my former English teacher fled the country. Or something like that. No one knows where the hell she went. XD

Also, am going to join your community and read all your stuff, I just have to finish reading "Eclipse", as it's currently eating my soul. O_o;
