AUGH. I can't believe I'm actually posting this. I can't believe I actually wrote this! For the past 7 years (since I got the freakin' internet!) I've managed to mostly keep away from writing fanfic. As if meerly lurking didn't already take up most of my free time. Curse you Band of Brothers and your irresistable slashmosphere!

Because he speaks enough German to know the meaning of the word. Rather, he calls him “Joe” because, while others may think it presumptuous, in Kenyon’s own mind it’s a far safer name. Familiar still, but farther from the dangerous truth.

He never forgets that Joseph Liebgott speaks German too.

Ah, some day I will attempt to write non-wangsty-yet-in-character Webgott. I don't know if I even believe it's possible, but some day I shall try. For you!
